Time flies when you're having fun...and just like that we're already in the Christmas season! Wishing you and your family a very Merry and Bright Christmas! There is so much going on this time of year so when we're all in the holiday rush to get where we are going, please remember to slow down and smell the snowflakes! Maybe no snowflakes in San Antonio, but slow down on roads when traveling to holiday parties or even home from work and remember to plan ahead for any weather that may be on its way. During these cold weather months make sure to prevent water damage to your home by wrapping pipes and at minimum maintain your home temperature to 55*, know where your home water shutoff valve is and how to use it. My husband and I love to cook professionally and take a lot of time mastering international cuisines, I can't say that I have a favorite because I love to eat! Recently we lived in New Orleans, while there we learned about French-Creole, and Soul food cooking techniques, and BUTTER! Who Dat! Just a short drive from New Orleans is Florida where we would spend time Scuba diving. I am a PADI Advanced Scuba diver and would recommend diving to anyone! I spend a lot of time exercising off that butter so cardio training and endurance exercises help keep me ready to run out and help when you need me most!
